1. Application for Admission
2. Self-Introduction (Research/Study Plan)
3. Agreement of Collecting and Using Personal Information
4. Photocopy of Applicant’s Passport
(copies should be confirmed as true copies of the original by the Hallym Global  University of Graduate Studies)
5. Photocopy of Alien Registration Card
(issued by the Ministry of Justice, Republic of Korea, only needed to those who have been issued)
6. Certification of Alien of Applicant and Protector (Parents)
(only needed to alien applicants whose parents are all foreigners)
7. Certificate of Family Relationship of Applicant (only needed to those who are Korean-born foreigners)
8. Certificate of Education by Embassy of the Republic of Korea
(not needed to applicants who belong to Apostille Convention Country)
9. Original Diploma or Notarized Photocopy of Diploma of Bachelor
10. Official Bachelor’s Transcript
11. Bank Statement or Financial Certifications (issued in the last one month, with the proof over $20,000)
12. Documentary Evidence which Ensures Finishing High School or Undergraduate Course in English
Needed to Those who Have the Nationality of the Country whose Official Language is English
(Certificate of Graduation, Certificate of Transcript)
13. Three Color Photos : 3×4cm
14. Receipt of application fee payment
 

Applicants who graduated from universities abroad are required to submit the diploma(s) and transcript(s) that are notarized by either Apostille standards or the Korean embassy/consulate.

 

Submission Guideline for Academic Credential Verification of Overseas University: Any documents written in a language other than Korean or English must be translated into Korean or English by a certified translator.

Apostille Convention Country: Submit the Certificate of Graduation and Transcript notarized by Apostille.

Other Countries (Not Apostille Convention Country): Submit the Certificate of Graduation and Transcript (as a proof of confirmation overseas educational establishment or consul confirmation) notarized by the embassy or consulate office of Korea in-country.

If you do not submit all documents by the deadline for the first and second application, you will be disqualified. (Please be careful not to submit incomplete or missing documents.)

The applicant is responsible for all the consequences of submitting incorrect or omitted information.
